BRIEF
Create awareness and emotive engagement for EPSON’s range of label printers and solutions in the region, and highlight EPSON’s strong commitment to partners.

STRATEGY
The challenge for us was to find a way to add a touch of emotion to change a technology-led conversation into one that showed EPSON’s commitment and deep understanding of their customers’ needs.

Finding that perfect label printer is in a way, similar to finding that perfect partner in a relationship. For a rewarding relationship to work, we need someone with matching qualities. Someone who understands us. Preferably low maintenance, easy to handle, not fussy and not overly demanding. Most importantly, someone that responds to our needs (on-demand!), who will eventually become inseparable to us, is irreplaceable, and fully committed to our well-being and success.

In short, someone who is STUCK ON YOU.

In crafting this campaign, we saw the potential to weave in the emotional aspects of owning a label printer to create a deeper engagement and appeal. By playing on the double meaning of STUCK ON YOU, we were able to open up conversations with potential customers of Epson Label Printers in more ways than one.
